Ningbo Yichang Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. Participates in the 4th China (Hangzhou) International Fire Safety and Emergency Rescue Exhibition

Sep 03, 2025

From September 3 to 5, 2025, against the backdrop of increasing national emphasis on fire safety and emergency management, the highly anticipated 4th China (Hangzhou) International Fire Safety and Emergency Rescue Exhibition made a grand debut at the Hangzhou International Expo Center—a venue renowned for hosting high-level industry events. As a benchmark exhibition in the fire safety sector across East China, this year’s event further elevated its influence, serving as a pivotal nexus for industry elites to connect, innovate, and collaborate. It brought together hundreds of well-known enterprises from home and abroad, spanning the entire fire safety industry chain, and showcased a series of cutting-edge breakthroughs in fire equipment R&D, emergency rescue technology, and comprehensive safety protection solutions—each designed to address the evolving challenges of modern fire prevention and rescue. In response to this influential gathering, Ningbo Yichang Fire Equipment Co., Ltd., a key player in the regional fire equipment manufacturing sector, attached great importance to the event and dispatched a 6-member professional team consisting of senior R&D engineers, experienced sales managers, and technical consultants with years of on-site service experience. The team’s goal was not only to engage deeply in industry exchanges but also to fully demonstrate the company’s core product strength and technological advantages to a broad audience.

Centered on the theme of "Intelligent Prevention & Rescue, Safeguarding Safety"—a theme closely aligned with the national strategy of building a "smart and safe society"—the exhibition covered an impressive 80,000 square meters of exhibition space, divided into 12 specialized exhibition areas for clear navigation. It attracted over 500 exhibitors from more than 20 provinces and cities in China, as well as international brands from Germany, the United States, and Japan, covering sectors such as fire equipment manufacturing, intelligent monitoring systems, emergency rescue services, and safety training. Over the three-day event, it welcomed more than 50,000 professional visitors, including representatives from government fire rescue departments at all levels, engineering contractors undertaking large-scale construction projects, industrial safety supervisors from key enterprises, and procurement personnel from property management companies. Among the specialized exhibition areas, Intelligent Fire Protection, Environmental Protection Fire Equipment, and Emergency Rescue Systems became the most popular, as they focused on displaying the latest innovative achievements in the industry and built a core platform for industry communication, technology sharing, and business cooperation.

Ningbo Yichang’s 60-square-meter exhibition booth, strategically located near the entrance of the Environmental Protection Fire Equipment area, quickly became a focal point for visitors. The booth was thoughtfully designed to highlight the company’s full product portfolio, including high-performance dry powder fire extinguishers suitable for multiple scenarios, precision fire extinguisher valves with strict quality control, durable fire cabinets with anti-rust and moisture-proof functions, efficient fire balls that can automatically trigger fire suppression, and customized fire boxes tailored to the size and style needs of different venues. Among these products, the company’s newly launched environmentally friendly fire extinguishers and new-generation sealed valves garnered the most widespread attention. The environmentally friendly fire extinguishers use non-toxic, non-corrosive, and fully recyclable extinguishing agents, which not only avoid secondary pollution to the environment but also extend the service life by 30% compared to traditional products—greatly reducing the replacement cost for users. The new-generation sealed valves, equipped with advanced sensor technology, feature one-key activation for quick fire response and automatic pressure monitoring that sends real-time alerts when pressure is abnormal, effectively solving the problem of "inoperable fire extinguishers due to unmonitored pressure" in daily use. During the exhibition, the team provided tailored explanations of product advantages and application schemes for different scenarios such as high-rise commercial buildings, chemical industrial parks, and residential communities. For example, when introducing products to representatives of a Hangzhou property company, the team emphasized the easy maintenance and long service life of the fire extinguishers, while for industrial park visitors, they focused on the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the valves. This targeted communication created a bustling consultation atmosphere, with a steady stream of visitors stopping to inquire, take product brochures, and even request on-site product operation demonstrations.

Beyond product display, the Ningbo Yichang team proactively engaged in in-depth industry exploration. They visited the booths of more than 30 leading enterprises in the industry, conducting in-depth research on cutting-edge technologies such as low-carbon environmentally friendly fire extinguisher formulations, IoT-integrated intelligent valves, and AI-based fire early warning systems. They also specially participated in the "East China Fire Safety Technology Innovation Forum" held concurrently with the exhibition, where they listened to expert sharing on national and local policy trends related to fire safety, as well as market demand changes brought about by the "double carbon" goal. For instance, an expert from the Ministry of Emergency Management mentioned that local governments will further strengthen the supervision of environmentally friendly fire equipment in the future, while a market research expert pointed out that the demand for intelligent fire protection products in East China is expected to grow by 25% in the next two years. These insights enabled the team to accurately grasp the latest industry policies on green development and the rising market trend of intelligent fire protection, accumulating valuable information for the company’s future development.

The exhibition yielded remarkable business results for Ningbo Yichang. After three days of in-depth communication, the team reached preliminary cooperation intentions with over 20 potential new customers, including key fire engineering companies in Zhejiang (such as Hangzhou Anjie Fire Engineering Co., Ltd.), building materials distributors with extensive sales networks in Jiangsu, and procurement departments of large-scale industrial parks in Shanghai. These potential customers expressed strong interest in the company’s environmentally friendly fire extinguishers and intelligent valves, with some even proposing to conduct on-site inspections of the Ningbo Yichang production base after the exhibition. In addition, the team held in-depth talks with 8 long-term cooperative old customers, such as Ningbo Fire Equipment Distribution Co., Ltd., discussing details of product iteration needs (such as developing smaller and more portable fire extinguishers for residential use) and bulk supply contracts for the next quarter, further consolidating the stable cooperative relationships. Many customers praised Ningbo Yichang’s products for their outstanding stability (with a product qualification rate of over 99.5% in random inspections) and competitive cost-effectiveness, expressing strong willingness for long-term in-depth cooperation.

In an interview with the media at the end of the exhibition, the team leader, Mr. Zhang, stated that this participation in the Hangzhou International Fire Safety Exhibition was a great success. It not only fully demonstrated the company’s core competitiveness in basic fire equipment such as fire extinguishers and valves but also enabled the company to accurately capture the "environmental protection, intelligence, integration" upgrading demand in the East China market. The technical information collected during the exhibition and the valuable feedback from customers will provide strong support for the R&D upgrading of the company’s fire extinguishers and valves. Mr. Zhang emphasized that in the future, Ningbo Yichang will continue to focus on technological innovation, increase investment in R&D (planning to allocate 8% of annual sales revenue to R&D next year), actively respond to market demands, and contribute to the high-quality development of the fire safety industry in East China and even the whole country with more high-quality products and professional services.
